Playa del
Carmen,
or commonly referred to as Playa, is the largest city a long
the Mayan Riviera with an estimated 120,000 people. Playa
was once a sleepy fishing village and now its rapid growth
has earned it the reputation of being the fatest growing
city in Latin America.
Unlike the resort city of Cancun, PLaya has envolved its own
unique identity. Construction is limited to 12 meters in
height (3-4 stories), there are smaller hotels offering more
personalized service and a vibrant, international community
offers an eclectic mixture of restaurants and shopping ti
fit anyone's budget.
MARBELLA is located in a suburb named Xcalacoco (twin cocos)
just a 3 mile drive north from central Playa. As the
population of Playa grows, development is moving away from
its center where taxi and bus service provide easy access.. |

Foundations are built on solid limestone rock with steel in
the main supporting beams and foundation; To provide
superior weather protection from heavy winds, tropical
rainstorms, heat and humidity, we cover the roofs of all
homes with terra cotta tiles.
Low sloped hipped roofs allow for visual continuity and sea
breeze. Inspired by architecture of Southern Spain, and
complemented and decorated with products of Mexican artisans
and craftsmen, our homes has many unique features, such as:
